The Opportunity
As our new Sales Executive, you’ll be the spark at the very start of the client journey.
You’ll identify and engage UK employers, uncover apprenticeship opportunities, and generate high-quality, qualified leads for our Business Development and Employer Engagement teams. Your role is crucial, you create the pipeline that fuels our growth.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment based at our Swansea HQ in Llansamlet. You’ll be surrounded by a supportive, ambitious team who celebrate wins and back each other when it matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
Proactively reaching out to businesses via phone, email and social channels to identify apprenticeship opportunities
Engaging decision makers and confidently articulating the commercial value of our training solutions
Qualifying and progressing leads to build a consistent, predictable pipeline
Converting warm marketing enquiries into booked meetings and tangible opportunities
Handling objections positively and professionally
Maintaining accurate CRM records to support forecasting and follow-up
Working towards clear activity and revenue targets
Building strong professional relationships that encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships
You won’t just be “dialling for numbers”. You’ll be building real conversations that lead to real impact.
What Makes You a Great Fit
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in outbound B2B sales with a track record of generating new business
Confident and engaging on the telephone
Skilled at building rapport quickly
Organised and able to manage a busy pipeline
Motivated by targets and driven by achievement
Professionally written and detail-oriented
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Experience within apprenticeships or training is a bonus but not essential. We’ll provide full training. What we can’t teach is energy, resilience and the hunger to succeed.
